I have been preparing to write this post for months. To be exact, since the moment I, by accident, decided to quit sugar and started noticing positive changes in my body. I have not been eating sweets, cookies, cakes and any other snacks including sugar. I also do not drink ready juices, drinks and other beverages with different types of sugar, sweeteners, and so on.
